Every parish is beautiful in its own way, whether that is through the community that gathers within it, its architecture, or the stained-glass windows that allow God’s light into the church. Like St. Vincent Ferrer Roman Catholic Church on the Upper East Side of Manhattan, which The Good Newsroom visited to get an in-depth look at its collection of relics and the art that lines its walls.
St. Vincent Ferrer Church just announced a beautification campaign to restore some portions of their parish. Learn more about the campaign on their website.
It marked the first time in twelve years the USCCB invoked this particularly urgent way of speaking as a body of bishops.
