At the start of the new school year, Cardinal Timothy Dolan visited St. Theresa Parish School in the Bronx Friday morning with a clear message: Catholic schools must be sanctuaries of safety and faith. His words came just a week after the tragic events at a Catholic school in Minneapolis.
