The Path to Peace Foundation honored Patrick E. Kelly, Supreme Knight of the Knights of Columbus, during its annual gala in Midtown Manhattan on Monday in support of the Holy See’s Permanent Observer Mission to the United Nations and urgent humanitarian causes. Archbishop Gabriele Caccia presented Kelly with the foundation’s award, recognizing his leadership and the Knights’ longstanding commitment to charity, service, and the protection of human dignity.

Archbishop Ronald A. Hicks was also in attendance and offered the invocation before dinner as guests gathered in support of the foundation’s mission of peace and humanitarian aid. The gala raises support for the Path to Peace Foundation’s work and highlights the importance of Catholic humanitarian witness at a time marked by war, global unrest, and growing challenges to international diplomacy.
