Cardinal Dolan Invites Married Couples to the Golden Jubilee Mass

Couples who have been married 50 years are invited to the Golden Jubilee Wedding Mass on Sunday, June 2, at 2:30 p.m. at Saint Patrick’s Cathedral.

Cardinal Timothy Dolan has invited couples married for 50 years to participate in the Golden Jubilee Mass, to take place on Sunday, June 2:30 p.m. at Saint Patrick’s Cathedral.
 
“It is always a source of great hope as your archbishop when I am able to celebrate families that are leading lives that embrace the sacraments,” Cardinal Dolan wrote in an e-mail to the faithful of the Archdiocese of New York.
 

Interested married couples or families of married couples with at least 50 years of marriage should contact their parish secretary to register.

The goal of the series is "for people to get a deeper connection to Christ and to have a more intimate relationship with Him," said Jonathan Roumie, who portrays Jesus.
