El 9 de julio la delegación del Consejo Episcopal Latinoamericano y Caribeño (CELAM) realizó una visita a la sede de las Naciones Unidas en Nueva York, para encuentros con representantes de la Asociación Internacional de la Misericordia, el secretariado de Religiones por la Paz, el Consejo Económico Social de Naciones Unidas y monseñor Gabriele Caccia, observador permanente de la Santa Sede ante la ONU.

On July 9 the delegation of the Latin American and Caribbean Episcopal Council (CELAM) visited the United Nations headquarters in New York, to meet with representatives of the Mercy International Association, the secretariat of Religions for Peace, the United Nations Social Economic Council and Monsignor Gabriele Caccia, permanent observer of the Holy See to the UN.

Initiated as a fundraiser for the Wounded Warrior Project, the club has evolved significantly over the past decade.
