In his video today, Cardinal Dolan introduces us to the founder of the Redemptorists, Saint Alphonsus Liguori.
A great moral theologian, preacher, and confessor, Saint Alphonsus Ligouri promoted devotion to Mary under the title of Our Lady of Perpetual Help.
It marked the first time in twelve years the USCCB invoked this particularly urgent way of speaking as a body of bishops.
