Rivers are Life, an organization that produces inspiring river films, released the documentary “Under the African Sun,” highlighting the Zambezi River and the surrounding communities that depend on it for access to clean water.

The film highlights the work of Leonard Maronda, local facilitator of Mission House in Zimbabwe, as well as international director of Far and Away Missions, who is responsible for the preparation and coordination of well drilling in rural areas that lack infrastructure.

Joining Leonard is “Brother Bill” Evans, pastor, and director of the non-profit Quench Ministries, who helps facilitate the digging of freshwater wells for the under served around the world.

The Good Newsroom spoke to “Brother Bill” Evans and Derek Evans, director, producer, and editor of “Under the African Sun,” who highlighted the importance of helping others to be instruments of God.
