Next Summer, the offices of the Archdiocese of New York, which have been located at 1011 1st Avenue in Midtown Manhattan for 50 years, are moving to 488 Madison Avenue.
The new workspace is adjacent to St. Patrick’s Cathedral and will help the archdiocese better minister to those it serves.
The offices are being designed to blend tradition, design, and function, respecting the legacy of the archdiocese while looking forward to a new chapter.
In an interview with Monsignor Joseph LaMorte, Vicar General of the Archdiocese of New York, he told us that this move is really a return of the archdiocese to its roots.
Today Jesus once again tells us not to be afraid. When we’re in the middle of a storm, we can trust that God is in charge and has a plan for us.
