Archdiocese of New York Auxiliary Bishop John Bonnici was in attendance to bless ArchCare‘s new Program of All-Inclusive Care for the Elderly (PACE) facility in East Harlem. PACE is a Medicare and Medicaid program that provides community support to the elderly. The new center is structured like a neighborhood, allowing its residents to have a higher level of independence in their daily lives.

"The Knights of Columbus have had a history of involvement in supporting persecuted, marginalized Christians," said photographer Stephen M. Rasche.
