ArchCare Center Kitchen Employee Writes Children’s Book, Shares it With Mother Cabrini Residents

Theresa Pendleton had been on kitchen staff for the Terence Cardinal Cooke Health Care Center for many years, and through her experiences there and being a parent to a son with autism, Theresa was able to write her first book, “E.Z. Makes Friends.” The children’s book follows the story of E.Z. coming to terms with his autism diagnosis and helping teach young children empathy and kindness.
