In today’s Gospel, we see Jesus heal a possessed man. When news got around, instead of celebrating, the towns people begged Jesus to leave because they were focused on the wrong thing.

To have Jesus fully in our lives, it may come at material or worldly inconvenience.

In this morning's Gospel, there is this tension for us as Catholics. We're in this world, but we're not of this world.
