Rosary and Cannolis: A Sweet Incentive for Students to Join in School Rosary

When he wanted to get more students to join in the monthly rosary, the Iona Preparatory School Chaplain made the students a sweet deal, if they came to the rosary, they got a cannoli and “Rosary and Cannolis” was born.

The church, a national cultural landmark confiscated during the Soviet era, remains state-owned but will now function primarily as a parish church.
