Here is Fr. Enrique Salvo’s homily from this morning’s Mass. On the feast of the Annunciation, we celebrate that Jesus was conceived by the Holy Spirit in the womb of Mary and became flesh.
The Creator of the universe came to be born among us. We also celebrate that Mary said yes to God.
In this morning's Gospel, there is this tension for us as Catholics. We're in this world, but we're not of this world.
