Cardinal Timothy Dolan and ArchCare CEO Scott LaRue’s Remarks at White Mass

In his homily for today’s Healthcare Professionals Mass, known as the “White Mass” because of the white coats traditionally worn by healthcare professionals, Cardinal Dolan underlined the charity, joy, humility, and evangelization that characterizes their work.

Scott LaRue, President and CEO of ArchCare, the Archdiocese of New York’s healthcare system, spoke after today’s Mass for Healthcare Professionals in St. Patrick’s Cathedral and said he hopes that others will be inspired by their “exemplary effort to step up, and sign up for this noble and rewarding vocation.”
