ArchCare: Tips for Helping Seniors Stay Healthy During the Holidays

Dr. Walid Michelen, Chief Medical Officer at ArchCare, shares important tips for helping seniors stay healthy during the holiday season.
ArchCare, the Continuing Care Community of the Archdiocese of New York, fosters and provides faith-based holistic care to frail and vulnerable people unable to fully care for themselves. Through a shared commitment to elder health, ArchCare seeks to improve the quality of the lives of patients and their families.
The group is named for two patrons with causes for canonization underway: Staten Island's Dorothy Day, co-founder of the Catholic Worker Movement, and Sister Thea Bowman.
