Cardinal Dolan: the Glory of Easter is Sharing in Christ’s Death and Resurrection

The Easter Vigil in St. Patrick’s Cathedral is one of the most moving and beautiful liturgies of the year and the apex of the Church’s liturgical calendar.
2,000 of the faithful gathered inside the darkened Cathedral, signifying the darkness we are in as we await the Light of World, Christ, to rise from the dead.
Cardinal Dolan presided over the solemn liturgy on March 30 and welcomed 12 catechumens and candidates into the Catholic Church.
