A Word from Cardinal Dolan: Saint Philip Neri

| 05/26/2023

By: Cardinal Timothy M. Dolan

Today Cardinal Dolan talks about Saint Philip Neri whose feast we celebrate today.

He’s often called the second father of the Church of Rome.

In the 16th Century, he won the Romans back to the faith and one of the major reasons was because he was a man of joy.

These are the successors to our blessed Mother, to the Magdalen, to Martha and Mary of Bethany.
