Arch Schools Spotlight: Kennedy Catholic Preparatory School

The Good Newsroom got a behind-the-scenes look at Kennedy Catholic Preparatory School, one of the archdiocese’s top-performing high schools.

Within the past few years, the school has expanded to cover grades 6-12 under one roof with the addition of their middle school, St. Mary’s Academy.

Councilman Justin Brannan’s bill expands New York City’s Non-Public School Security Reimbursement Program to allow private and religious schools to be reimbursed for the cost of hiring and compensating security guards at a prevailing wage rate.
