ArchCare at St. Teresa in Staten Island Provides Independent Housing for Young Adults with Autism

In honor of Autism Awareness Month, we are highlighting the ArchCare St. Teresa Autism House in Staten Island, NY.
Opened in January 2020, they provide independent housing for young adults with autism, enabling them to live away from their families while still receiving the support they need to thrive independently.
This video by Reputation Architects showcases the current residents and why it is such a success.
Sister Eileen’s ministry in Our Lady Queen of Apostles Regional School was so well known that Suffolk County declared “Sister Eileen Martin Day” when she retired.
