Bishop Whalen on the Importance of Catholic High School Education

Our Lady of the Rosary Parish in Manhattan sponsored a Catholic High School Information Day on Sunday, February 5.
The event began with Mass celebrated by Bishop Edmund Whalen in St. Peter’s Church and was followed by a discussion on the value of a Catholic high school education.
On this week’s Conversation with Cardinal Dolan, Cardinal Timothy Dolan and Monsignor Jim Vlaun discuss the letter from Pope Francis to the Bishops of the United States.

The school’s student choir started the day off for the residents with a beautiful performance, then handed out handmade Valentine’s cards from the student council to share in the Valentine’s joy.
