Black History Month Started in the Archdiocese with a Mass at St. Joseph and St. Boniface Church

On February 2, the Black Catholic community of the Archdiocese of New York celebrated Black History Month at St. Joseph and St. Boniface Church in Spring Valley with the first Mass of Black History Month, which also honored National Day of Prayer for the African American and African Family

Cardinal Dolan celebrated Solemn Vespers; Monsignor Thomas Sandi delivered the Historian’s Report.
