A devoted Dominican Sister of Hope for over 70 years, Sr. Margaret brought her sharp mind, generous spirit, and lively wit to decades of work as a teacher, principal, treasurer, and pastoral minister across New York and New Jersey.

A tireless educator and mentor who spent seven decades as an Ursuline Sister, Sr. Millie shaped generations of teachers and students across New York, Delaware, and Maryland while founding a school dedicated to giving underserved girls a path forward.

Fr. Cassian Derbes, O.P., of the Dominican Friars, served as principal celebrant and homilist during the August Young Adult Mass at St. Patrick's Cathedral on Wed., Aug. 5.
