This morning, Cardinal Dolan attended the first Mass to be celebrated in Notre Dame Cathedral since the 2019 fire.

Standing in front of the statue of Our Lady of Paris, inside the Cathedral named for her, Cardinal Dolan says he is grateful for the invitation to attend this historic event and that he brings all of us with him.

“The French people love the United States, ” he added, “they’re very grateful to the generosity of many Americans for the rebuilding of Notre Dame.”
