Cardinal Dolan Issues Parish Decree

The decree was made public to all the faithful through its publication on the archdiocesan website
After extensive consultation, Cardinal Dolan issued the following decree:
- Decree Revoking the Rescinding of the Merger of the Parishes of Basilica of Saint Patrick Old Cathedral and Most Precious Blood, Manhattan (effective March 27, 2025)
The decree was made public to all the faithful through its publication on the archdiocesan website.
More than 2,000 people participated in the annual Good Friday marches.
