Father La Mar entered eternal life on November 17, 2024, at age 90. He served as Maryknoll priest and missioner for 41 years.

Sister Lois Dee, OP, entered eternal life on November 13, 2024. Her career in education took her to schools in three states, and later into congregational administration.

Reverend James B. Collins III entered eternal life on November 5, 2024. He served as an Army chaplain for more than 20 years.

Monsignor Carney entered eternal life on November 6, 2024. In 2018, Lawton Avenue in Hartsdale, where the Church of the Sacred Heart is located, was renamed "Rev. Msgr. Patrick J. Carney Way," in honor of his service to the parish and community.
