Catholic Charities of the Archdiocese of New York Feeding Our Neighbors St. Helena’s Church Pop-up Distribution Event

On Friday, May 31, from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM, Feeding Our Neighbors, an initiative of Catholic Charities of the Archdiocese of New York, visited St. Helena’s in the Parkchester area of the Bronx, NY, and hosted a pop-up food distribution event for those in need.

Monsignor Kevin Sullivan, Executive Director of the Catholic Charities of the Archdiocese of New York, attended the event and spoke to each individual in need of assistance.

The event was directed by Lakisha Morris, Director of Operations for Catholic Charities Community Services, and served over 200 families in need.

During the second canonization ceremony of his pontificate, Pope Leo declared the sainthood of seven men and women from the 19th to the 21st centuries.
