Special Enthronement Mass for Feast of Our Lady of Guadalupe

On Monday, December 12th – the feast day of Our Lady of Guadalupe – Cardinal Timothy Dolan will celebrate Mass at 10am in St Patrick’s Cathedral with a special ceremony of enthronement of images of Our Lady of Guadalupe and Saint Juan Diego.
The images are a gift from the Bishops of the Episcopal Conference of Mexico and are already on display in the Cathedral’s chapel dedicated to the Virgin of Guadalupe.
We speak with Fr. Enrique Salvo, the Rector of St. Patrick’s Cathedral and Wanda Vasquez, Director of the Office of Hispanic Ministry to find out more about this historic event.
