Thousands gathered at St. Patrick’s Cathedral Monday to celebrate St. Patrick’s Day with a special Mass led by Cardinal Timothy Dolan and Archbishop Eamon Martin, Primate of All Ireland. The liturgy served as a reminder of St. Patrick’s enduring legacy as a “pilgrim of hope,” with Archbishop Martin reflecting on the saint’s resilience and faith.

As he met with the Vatican Observatory Foundation, Pope Leo XIV upheld the Catholic Church's desire to seek God in His Creation through rigorous, honest science.
