In his homily from today’s Mass at Saint Patrick’s Cathedral, Fr. Enrique Salvo reminds us that, in addition to being the Mother of Jesus, Mary became the spiritual mother of the other two men crucified in this morning’s Gospel. Our Blessed Mother has always been praying for us, her children. On Memorial Day, we join with her in praying for peace.
