On Good Friday, The Good Newsroom presents a special compilation of its Lenten series “Fridays at the Foot of the Cross,” bringing together the seven last words of Christ spoken from the Cross.
In these final utterances, the Church contemplates the mystery of the Passion, in which the Son offers Himself to the Father for the salvation of the world.
As the Church proclaims on this most solemn day:
“Behold the wood of the Cross, on which hung the salvation of the world.”
Come, let us adore.
