On the day of their wedding, a couple promises to love each other for better or for worse, and that’s a very important promise. We have two scripture readings today that deal with the friendship of husbands and wives.
Ash Wednesday, March 5, is a day of public Catholicism – at St. Patrick’s Cathedral where I offer Mass each morning; and on the street during my walk to work. Our religion is quite evident.
