August 19 is World Humanitarian Day. Monsignor Kevin Sullivan, executive director of Catholic Charities of the Archdiocese of New York, highlights the importance of celebrating this day and honoring the work of people and entities like Catholic Charities, which help to solve the problems of New Yorkers in need, Catholics and non-Catholics.
