
Prayer Changes Things: 9th Annual Harlem March and Interfaith Day of Prayer to End Violent Loss in Our Community

On Saturday September 9th at 10:00 AM, the Parish of St. Charles Borromeo, Resurrection and All Saints’ Social Justice Committee sponsored the 9th annual march, rally, and prayer in Harlem, New York to end violence in the community.
This year’s rally had a special focus on elder abuse and violence against the elder community and was followed by an Intergenerational Conversation on Violence & Protecting Our Elders at the Lt Joseph P. Kennedy, Jr Community Center at the conclusion of the march.
The gathering's presenter will be Elizabeth J. White, director of evangelization and missionary discipleship at the Archdiocese of Chicago.
