Upon hearing the message of the archangel Gabriel at her Annunciation, Mary traveled as the very first Evangelist to tell Elizabeth that the savior was to arrive in less than nine months.

She’s traveled all over the world to tell her children about Jesus.

"No matter who occupies the White House or holds the majority on Capitol Hill, the Church’s teachings remain unchanged, and we bishops look forward to working with the people’s elected representatives to advance the common good of all."

Sister Alice Conrad (Mary Frances), a member of the Sisters of the Divine Compassion for 71 years, entered eternal peacefully on October 27, 2024. She spent the majority of her ministry serving the people of Westchester County in schools, homeless shelters, soup kitchens, and government, as well as daycare centers and summer camp programs.
