St. Ignatius Loyola Church Hosted An Iftar Dinner

The event, organized by the Ignatian Interfaith Ministry and Peace Islands Institute at St. Ignatius Loyola Church, was held on March 7.

Cardinal Timothy Dolan attended and blessed the dinner that was attended by roughly 250 people from various religions and communities. The theme of the event was “Faith – It Takes a Village!”

In this in-between stretch of Ordinary Time, between the high feast of Christmas and the solemn preparation of Lent, we find ourselves in a new place as we settle into the New Year.
