Matti Leshem talks to The Good Newsroom about the new episodes featuring the stories of St. Francis of Assisi, Moses the Black, and Mary Magdalene. He also talks about the involvement of Martin Scorsese in his role as producer and the importance of launching the series of stories during Lent and Holy Week.

The goal of the series is "for people to get a deeper connection to Christ and to have a more intimate relationship with Him," said Jonathan Roumie, who portrays Jesus.
