Dorothy Day has been an outstanding figure in the Archdiocese of New York and in this series she is shown as the caregiver for the worker and the common people.
This is an important viewpoint when discussing the aspects of the pro-life movement, as a healthy and enduring person is the ideal goal of a new life coming into the world.
The "Corsica in New York" event with Cardinal François-Xavier Bustillo, O.F.M. Conv, at Notre-Dame Church on West 114th Street in Manhattan has been rescheduled to Thursday, February 26, with Mass at 6 p.m. and conversation with the cardinal at 7 p.m.
