Dorothy Day has been an outstanding figure in the Archdiocese of New York and in this series she is shown as the caregiver for the worker and the common people.
This is an important viewpoint when discussing the aspects of the pro-life movement, as a healthy and enduring person is the ideal goal of a new life coming into the world.
After 48 years of teaching, Sister Ann Jerome moved to Rochelle Park, New Jersey, where she had anticipated retirement, but instead became a permanent substitute teacher and volunteered with parish organizations.
