Thousands Attended III Women’s Congress
More than 2,300 women participated in the event, which took place on March 8 and 9 under the theme “Open the Doors of Hope.”

On March 8 and 9, the III Women’s Congress was held at Cardinal Hayes High School in the Bronx.
Organized by Isha Bethel Ministry of the Catholic Charismatic Renewal Ministry of the Archdiocese of New York – and the Hispanic Catholic Charismatic Center, the event drew more than 2,300 women who gathered for a time of true renewal and hope.
Monsignor Joseph Espaillat, Auxiliary Bishop of the Archdiocese of New York, celebrated the opening Mass on Saturday, March 8, while Father Fredy Patiño, Director of the Hispanic Catholic Charismatic Center, was the spiritual director of the event and also presided over the Holy Hours and celebrated the Eucharist at the end of the Congress on March 9.
The activities included speakers, such as Santa Manzano, founder of the Catholic Ministry Isha Bethel “Woman House of God,” Mother JesusMichelle Ramirez of the Servants of the Risen Christ of Ecuador; as well as Yrma Acevedo, Basilia Manzano, and Juan de la Rosa, among others.
On March 9, renowned journalist and television presenter Gelena Solano, from Univision’s “El Gordo y La Flaca,” attended the conference as a special guest.
“The Women’s Congress 2025 was not just an event, it was a divine encounter, an appointment with the Holy Spirit that marked the lives of more than 2,300 women. In a world where so many people are looking for direction, healing and strength, this Congress became a beacon of hope that illuminated the hearts of all the participants,” said Father Fredy Patiño, director of the Hispanic Catholic Charismatic Center, about the opportunity to hold this event for the third consecutive year.
“The power of faith was manifested in tangible ways. There were testimonies of healings, reconciliations, and decisions of total surrender to God. Women who arrived with hearts burdened with worries and left with a new perspective, convinced that hope is not just an idea, but a living promise in Christ Jesus,” added Father Patiño, emphasizing that this III Women’s Congress showed that when women unite in prayer and seek God with sincerity, miracles happen. “Every teaching, every testimony and every moment of adoration was a reminder that they are not alone in their struggles. God walks with them, sustains them, and calls them to live with the assurance that the doors of hope are always open to those who trust in Him.”
