The Vatican held its annual Christmas tree lighting and unveiled its Nativity scene on Saturday, Dec. 9.
This year, the Vatican’s Nativity scene honors the 800th anniversary of when St. Francis created the first Nativity scene in a cave in Greccio, Italy.
