ArchCare Cuts the Ribbon on St. Frances Cabrini Apartments for Neurodiverse Adults

The grand opening of these new apartments began with a full tour of the units for Cardinal Timothy Dolan to bless each of the residents and their families. This housing development is part of ArchCare’s commitment to repurposing underutilized church properties to be of use to underserved communities.
