The Archdiocese’s incoming Superintendent of Schools, Sr. Mary Grace Walsh, ASCJ, Ph.D., spent a full day at the Archdiocese’s headquarters on Tuesday as she prepares to begin her new role in July.
Cardinal Dolan announced Sister Walsh’s appointment as the new Superintendent on March 27.
She is set to take over from the current Superintendent, Michael Deegan, who announced his retirement earlier this year. She sat down with us to talk about her new role:
The pair become the sixth and seventh senior players, respectively, to move on to the university level.
