There are many high points in a pilgrimage to Lourdes – tonight, Cardinal Dolan leads the Rosary candlelight procession, a multilingual experience featuring pilgrims from all over the world.
"In this spirit, in unity with Pope Leo, it is important to proclaim, ‘Peace is built on respect for people,’” the United States Conference of Catholic Bishops said.
