
Arch Schools Spotlight: Kennedy Catholic Preparatory School

The Good Newsroom got a behind-the-scenes look at Kennedy Catholic Preparatory School, one of the archdiocese’s top-performing high schools.
Within the past few years, the school has expanded to cover grades 6-12 under one roof with the addition of their middle school, St. Mary’s Academy.
Initiated as a fundraiser for the Wounded Warrior Project, the club has evolved significantly over the past decade.

At an elaborate ceremony on August 15, 1858, Archbishop John Hughes blessed the cornerstone of the new St. Patrick's Cathedral.
