Bishop Espaillat asks us to examine the questions we are asking, and suggests we ask, “what is humility?” It isn’t defeatism – it is a recognition of ourselves as God’s creation. Pride looks inward. Humility looks upward. Bishop Espaillat asks that we stop looking in, and start looking up.
