Black History Month Started in the Archdiocese with a Mass at St. Joseph and St. Boniface Church

On February 2, the Black Catholic community of the Archdiocese of New York celebrated Black History Month at St. Joseph and St. Boniface Church in Spring Valley with the first Mass of Black History Month, which also honored National Day of Prayer for the African American and African Family

Following a careful evaluation of school sustainability benchmarks, three schools will close at the end of the 2024-25 academic year.

"This year, the Order of Malta will gather 6,000 or 7,000 people in Lourdes from May 2 to 6, coming from about 22 countries," Kenneth Craig, president of the Order of Malta American Association, who came to Lourdes from New York City.
