After extensive consultation, Cardinal Dolan issued the following decree:
- Relegation of Saint Joseph Church, in the Parish of Saint Gabriel – Saint Joseph, New Rochelle (effective October 18, 2024)

In a letter to pastors, principals, and school leaders, Sister Mary Grace Walsh, ASCJ, Ph.D., Superintendent of Schools, emphasized the continuing nature of the work.
