El sábado 4 de mayo Caridades Católicas NY realizó junto a Alianza La Plaza y la Escuela I.S. 143 la feria de salud “Spring into Health” en la Escuela I.S. 143 en Washington Heights. Residentes de la comunidad tuvieron la oportunidad de disfrutar de actividades centradas en la sensibilización y educación, información sobre estilos de vida y demostraciones.
On Saturday, May 4, Catholic Charities NY together with Alianza La Plaza and I.S. 143 School the health fair “Spring into Health” at the I.S. School. 143 in Washington Heights. Community residents had the opportunity to enjoy activities focused on awareness and education, lifestyle information, and demonstrations.
Monsignor Quinn was the pastor emeritus of St. Stanislaus Kostka in Pleasant Valley, and was actively involved in anti-poverty initiatives.
