La Semana Nacional de las Hermanas Católicas es parte del Mes Nacional de la Historia de la Mujer. Para celebrar esta semana destacamos a Hermanas como María de Jesús Doliente, SSVM, del Instituto Congregación Servidorasdel Señor ydela Virgen de Matará. Actualmente está estudiando un doctorado en Filosofía y ayuda en algunos trabajos parroquiales en St. Paul’s en East Harlem.
National Catholic Sisters Week is part of National Women’s History Month. To celebrate this week, we are highlighting Sisters such as Maria de Jesus Doliente, SSVM, from the Congregation Institute Servants of the Lord and the Virgin Matara. She is currently studying for a PhD in Philosophy and assists in some parish work at St. Paul’s in East Harlem.
