The SoHo parish marked their patron’s feast day with a procession
The Church of St. Anthony of Padua in SoHo honored its patron with a procession on Tuesday, June 13.
The parish was founded in 1859 to serve New York’s growing Italian immigrant community.
Father Michael Corcione currently serves as the parish’s pastor, and the 11th in its history.
Holy Hours, Masses, and a hometown festival in Peoria and St. Louis lead up to the Sept. 24 beatification.
