Ismael Alba, propietario del renombrado restaurante Buenos Aires en el East Village, habla con The Good Newsroom sobre cómo fue cocinar para el papa Francisco en la “parrilla sagrada” que construyó exclusivamente para cocinarle al santo padre. Alba también reflexiona sobre su primer encuentro con el papa: “Vi una luz a su alrededor”.
Ismael Alba, owner of the renowned Buenos Aires restaurant in the East Village, talks to The Good Newsroom about what it was like to cook for Pope Francis in the “holy grill” he built exclusively to cook for the Holy Father. Alba also reflects on his first encounter with the pope: “I saw a light around him.”
The Feast of Corpus Christi dates back to 1264, when Pope Urban IV instituted it following a Eucharistic miracle in Italy that year.
